• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

• After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• COD imported products: 20-30% deduction if returned in original condition.

Shipping Policy

• Orders ship only to the address provided on MyMedicineStore.pk (no changes after purchase).
• Processing & shipping take 24-48 hours (excluding holidays).
• Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.
